I’m Celeste—clarity coach, organizational strategist, ministry leader, and instigator of change. I help individuals and organizations get out of their own way, uncover what’s missing or misaligned, and make intentional moves toward their dreams, mission, and purpose.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—those stuck in the chaos of their thoughts, teams navigating leadership shifts and growing pains, ministries longing for renewal, and leaders seeking more than surface-level solutions.
What they all needed was the same thing: clarity.

This work is who I am. It’s an innate drive to help people overcome what’s overwhelming them in their personal life, their leadership, or their relationship with God.
EDUCATED, EXPERIENCED, AND ENGAGED.
I hold a master's degree in psychology and a certification in diversity management, with a background in communication and strategy development in the public sector. I've consulted with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, churches, universities, and corporations—and somewhere in all of that, I discovered that what every person, team, and organization needed most was the same thing: clarity.
I'm also an author. The Power of Mustard Plant Faith: Growing Beyond the Seed was my first book. Then came Everyday Hallelujah: How Worship Changes Everything—Especially You, a 40-day devotional born out of The Powersurge Worship Encounter, a women's conference I founded to help women embrace a lifestyle of worship. Its companion journal, Worship in My Words, arrived at the same time—because some things are simply meant to go together. All three are available on Amazon.
As the founder of The Powershift Experience, I guide clients through a proven four-step process—Dream, Assess, Map, and Move—to turn vision into action and confusion into clear direction. I'm known for asking the kind of questions that shift perspectives, challenge assumptions, and bring people face-to-face with what's really been holding them back. My work blends faith, strategy, and truth in a way that doesn't just inspire—it requires a response.
When I'm not doing that, I'm hanging with my family—wife, mother, dog mom, and licensed minister serving at Avon Avenue Baptist Church in Cleveland, doing what I've always believed God called me to do.
